Healthy eating is essential for our children’s well-being, growth and development. Setting healthy habits in childhood means that they will have less struggles with food-related issues, feel better and enjoy life more. Let’s inspire our children to learn about nutrition and the importance of conscious eating through our own dietary choices and healthy, tasty meals we make for them! Come and learn what “Brain food” is, as well as what “go”, “grow” and “glow” elements of a nutritional lunch are and what we, as parents, can do to influence our children’s eating habits.
This presents a wonderful opportunity for all TIS families to reconnect with our Heads of School, Dan, and our Whole School Principal, Dave. It is designed as an informal discussion, encouraging questions and feedback. We also encourage you to stay for our TFC catch-up meeting!
