How to cook Tempura
天ぷら(Tempura)

Very Very simple way to make “Tempura” with “コツのいらない天ぷら粉”.
Normally, frying tempura can be quite challenging, but with this “コツのいらない天ぷら粉,” you can create crispy tempura by simply mixing and frying !
No need for cold water, no need for eggs, and no special techniques required—just delicious tempura made easy. Please give it a try!
Ingredients :
- コツのいらない天ぷら粉 … 100g
- (shrimp, squid, vegetables, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, and more… suitable quantity
- Water … 160ml
[A] Mixture:
- コツのいらない天ぷら粉 … 100g
- Water…160ml
- めんつゆ (tempura dipping sauce) … suitable quantity
What you need to be careful about with mentsuyu (noodle soup base) is that there are two types: straight (ready to use as is) and concentrated (must be diluted with water). If you see kanji like “濃縮” or “凝縮”, make sure to carefully check the back of the bottle to see how many times it should be diluted.
A recipe for cooking ‘Tempura’
1. In a bowl, combine the flour and water, mixing until smooth.
2. Coat your preferred ingredients with the batter from step (1) and deep-fry them in oil heated to 170–180°C (338–356°F).
When frying a mix of ingredients, fry the vegetables first and then the seafood.
3. Arrange the fried items from step (2) on a serving dish and serve with tempura dipping sauce or salt.
