Cooking for Your Element
Nishi Azabu Community CenterHumans are different, and according to Asian food wisdom different personalities thrive on different foods. During this workshop, you will learn what your energetic element (wood, fire, earth, metal, water) is, your strengths and areas for improvement, and what type of food you should eat to feel best!
Earthquake Preparedness

Compassionate Systems

This will be a practical workshop – you’ll be using the tools and seeing how they support your own lives as well as those of your children. The raffle is one of the biggest fundraisers of the Cherry Blossom Fair (CBF) and we need your help to sell the tickets!
